Paulie has been passionate about performing since before she could walk.  Starting in dance a young age, Paulie found herself drawn to the dramatic both on and off stage.  Having served in formal and informal leadership roles across the south shore community theatre scene, Paulie has been a transformational community leader.  She has worked professionally as a director, choreographer, stage manager, and wig, hair, and costume designer, and is a respected educator, with a talent for fostering brave spaces for young people to explore and grow as artists.  Paulie works as an activities director at an assisted living facility, and in her “free time” she is a regular performer in local theaters and karaoke enthusiast. 

Paulie teaches Teen Acting for Spotlight and also directs all of our Kids Musicals including Annie, Seussical, and Matilda.
